Ingredients


12 jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄4 cup chopped green onions
1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and bacon in a medium bowl. Spoon the mixture evenly into each jalapeño half.
  2. Place the jalapeño halves on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
