Ingredients


1 lb. broccoli florets
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested Salt and pepper, to taste


Directionso

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F (218°C). Toss the broccoli florets, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt, and crushed pepper to taste in a bowl. Toss the ingredients together until the broccoli is evenly coated with the mixture.
