Recipe:

  • 2 cups elbow pasta
  • 1 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Blend soaked cashews, plant-based milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Toss the sauce with cooked pasta and heat gently.
  4. Serve with a sprinkle of paprika. Enjoy!
