EASY AVOCADO TOAST RECIPE WITH EGG

This is day 1 of No Recipe Recipes, Easy Healthy Cooking

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 5 mins | Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 egg
  • Red pepper flakes, salt, lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Toast bread. Mash avocado on top.
  2. Fry or poach egg, place on avocado.
  3. Season with salt, lemon, and pepper flakes.

Calories: 270 | Protein: 10g | Carbs: 25g | Fats: 15g | Fiber: 7g


Dietary: Vegetarian, Gluten-Free (use GF bread)
