Roasted Carrot Sticks

Ingredients


1 lb. carrots, peeled and julienned 2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F (200°C). In a bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Arrange the carrot sticks in one layer on the paper-arranged baking sheet.
  2. Roast the carrot sticks in the oven for 23-25 minutes or until tender and lightly caramelized. Remove the roasted carrot sticks from the oven and serve hot.
