INGREDIENTS
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 red bell peppers, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
8 low-carb tortillas
½ cup sour cream
½ cup guacamole
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment
paper.
