1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 carrots, diced

2 celery stalks, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

4 cups vegetable broth

2 cups kale, chopped

1 tsp dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste
