INGREDIENTS
4 salmon fillets Salt and pepper to taste 1 lb. green beans, trimmed 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt and crushed pepper.
Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
Add green beans to skillet and cook until tender-crisp.
