Pudina Chutney, also known as mint chutney, is a flavorful and refreshing condiment widely used in Indian cuisine. It is made with fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, and various spices. The ingredients are blended together to create a smooth and aromatic sauce.
Pudina chutney can vary in spiciness, depending on the amount of green chilies used. It is commonly served as a side dish or accompaniment to various Indian snacks like samosas, pakoras, dosas, or as a dip for kebabs. It adds a burst of freshness and a hint of heat to the dishes it accompanies.
The chutney’s vibrant green color and aromatic flavor make it a popular and versatile condiment in Indian cuisine.
