Pudina chutney can vary in spiciness, depending on the amount of green chilies used. It is commonly served as a side dish or accompaniment to various Indian snacks like samosas, pakoras, dosas, or as a dip for kebabs. It adds a burst of freshness and a hint of heat to the dishes it accompanies.
